Have you ever met someone and they immediately went into the yes or no box???Your impression that you formulated about that person was based on the type of energy that they gave off.Energy cannot be created or destroyed and it is malleable.In other words,it takes on many forms.You can tell the "aura" of a person by the energy that their body gives off.We all have energy centers in our bodies from the base of our spine to the top of our heads.It is said that black people have 7 primary balls of energy that are aligned from the top of our head to the base of our spine.These energy centers are called chakras.The energy that one person gives off hits the other person in one of those 7 chakras.The lowest or "base" chakra is the chakra which triggers violence,sex and wordly desires.The top or "crown" chakra triggers your intellect and stimulates your spiritual essence.The chakras in between stimulate love and other emotions.So when you get into an argument or you listen to derogatory music etc,your lower chakras are being stimulated.The goal is to activate your higher chakras so you can tap into your supreme intellect and creativity.This science is known as tapping into your "higher self".People's auras or the energy people give off vibrate at a certain frequency.The higher the frequency,the higher the vibration,the higher the chakra that is stimulated.Dont surround yourself with negative people and negative things that give off negative energy because it is not healthy for the soul.Even if it does not feel bad,it isnt good for your mind ,soul and spirit and it can take a toll on you sub-consciously.So do positive deeds and stay close to positive energy and you will fare well.Peace and love until next time!!!!!!!!!
